Refund policy
General
This return and refund policy applies only to orders placed via the webshop www.novasolo.eu. For project-based sales or custom orders, separate contractual terms apply.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers – B2C)
1.1 You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU distance selling regulations.
1.2 The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receive the product.
1.3 During this period, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only use or inspect the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
2. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products that are made-to-order or customized (e.g., upholstered furniture, made-to-measure tables, specific finishes).

Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or usage reasons.

Products returned damaged, incomplete, or showing signs of use beyond normal inspection.
3. Return Procedure
3.1 If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing (by e-mail to info@novasolo.eu) within 14 days after receiving the product.
3.2 After confirmation, you must return the product, including all accessories and in its original packaging, within 14 days.
3.3 Return shipping costs are always at the customer’s expense, unless the return concerns a defective product or incorrect delivery.
3.4 Returns that are not pre-registered will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
4.1 After proper receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days, via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
4.2 Shipping costs will only be refunded if the entire order is cancelled.
4.3 If the returned product shows damage or is incomplete, NovaSolo.eu reserves the right to deduct the loss in value from the refund amount.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
5.1 If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must immediately note this on the delivery document (CMR) upon receipt.
5.2 Non-visible defects must be reported in writing to info@novasolo.eu within 48 hours after delivery.
5.3 After approval, you may return the product free of charge. It will then be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
6. Business Customers (B2B)
For business purchases, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Returns are only possible if explicitly agreed upon in writing. Any refunds are limited to the original purchase price of the product, excluding indirect or consequential damages and loss of profit.
